Through years of study and training, I have cultivated a connection to the plants, spirit guides, and energies that inform this work, allowing me to see and address what is needed for each person’s healing.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR
Hi, I'm Alison.
I'm a Shamanic Healer, Spiritual Guide, Plant Medicine Practitioner, Reiki Master, Sound Healer, and Yoga Teacher devoted to exploring unity consciousness and unconditional love on a deeply experiential level—and sharing this wisdom with others.
My spiritual awakening in 2011 inspired me to fully embrace a path of service, helping individuals reconnect with their true selves and align with their highest potential. With a degree in psychology, I integrate modern science with ancient wisdom to offer a unique and holistic approach to healing. My journey has taken me from meditating under the sacred Bodhi tree in India to assisting shamans in Central America, where I co-facilitated plant medicine ceremonies and explored the profound healing potential of sacred traditions. I’m currently apprenticing in the Toltec lineage with Don Miguel Ruiz, the acclaimed author of The Four Agreements, and his family, deepening my understanding of ancient teachings on transformation and consciousness.
Based in Mesa, Arizona, I offer in-person and online healing sessions that combine Reiki, sound healing, and shamanic practices. I also lead cacao ceremonies, craft herbal medicines, and mentor individuals through spiritual coaching and shamanic apprenticeship programs. Through retreats, online courses, and yoga teachings, I guide others to align with their highest vibration, cultivate inner peace, and embody unconditional love.
Whether working one-on-one or holding space for group ceremonies, my life's work is dedicated to helping others awaken, heal, and transform through compassion, unity, and a deeper connection to the essence of life.
